Qi Gong means “vital energy.” It is called this because when you practice the slow, gentle and repetitive movements synced with the deep breaths you begin to get in touch with your own vital energy. You begin to harmonize with the rhythm of nature on both the microcosmic level and the macrocosmic.
Body Groove Dance w Amira (Third Saturdays 11am-12:30pm)
An open space, great music and you. Let loose and free up those stiff joints with this fun improvisational dance session. Let the rhythms and tones move your body and free up the soul. Get your cardio on or take time for gentle stretching. It’s up to you.
Food As Medicine Food Prep Demo Class w Amira (Third Saturdays 1pm-3pm)
Since the beginning of humanity food has been our sustenance that gave us life and was honored and appreciated. In the past few decades the American culture has begun to use food as a distraction and an entertainment that can cause chronic disease. Come back to the hearth with Amira as she shares healthy and delicious recipes and demonstrates how easy they are to prepare.
Group Energy Sound Healing w Kimberly (next class March 10) (Tuesdays and Thursdays 12-1pm)
Group Energy Healing is an affordable way to receive energy healing in a relaxed group setting. New clients will receive a 15 minute consultation and energy reading. Each session is around 60 minutes and includes sound healing with chakra aligned 432hz healing crystal singing bowls, Biofield tuning with chakra aligned tuning forks, reiki as well as sound scapes from various sound healing instruments to create the ultimate relaxing and healing experience.
Meditation Class w Kimberly (next class March 13) (Fridays 12pm-1pm)
Group meditation is excellent for anyone looking to start, compliment or deepen their meditation practice. No experience is needed. Some classes may also include sound healing as part of the meditation.

It opens up kundalini, letting the body realize its power and establish balance.
